WorkforceAI is a SaaS skills-first solution designed for large and midsized organizations to execute a strategy to effectively manage their people and skills inventory. It enables the business to continuously maintain a narrow skills gap over time.WorkforceAI is the skills management solution that every organization with deployment of thousands of employees, should be utilizing today.
It offers two types of licenses : 1) A Subscription License available to our skills-first customers and 2) A Membership License for our HR Services Partners and Business Consultants.
Subscription Licenses
Subscription Licenses include a choice of four types of subscriptions : Basic, Standard, Corporate and Enterprise. The difference is basically in the number of employees in the organization.Each license type has an associated plan period : Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-annual and Annual. Customers can choose any combination of subscription license and plan period to get started. A trial period is also available for all new customers.
Other optional one-time services like : Startup Assistance and Training are available.
Subscription license payments are processed monthly in advance. Once the trial period is over, you can upgrade to another subscription license type and plan period that better fits the needs of your organization.
License Plan Period
Plan Periods offer customers a choice between : Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual periods of service. Discounts are offered for longer plan periods. The choice depends on the number of employees in the organization. Customers can upgrade to a higher or longer period anytime.
